The Pending Packing List to be Invoiced screen is used to generate an invoice for shipping items that are packed and are waiting to be dispatched.
The following transactions must be completed before the Invoice - Regular transaction.
The Invoice - Regular screen allows the user to create an Invoice for the specified items from the Packing List Based on Order.
Navigation: Main - Menu → Transactions → Shipping → Shipping Entries → Show Tree → Shipping Module → Invoice – Regular
The Change Grid Column Display Order link allows the user to change the sequence of the columns if required.
The Invoiced Pack Lists link allows the user to view a list of invoiced packing lists.
Note: The Delete option will be available only if the Shipment Entry has not been completed. Once the invoice is deleted, the stock will be restored as of the date the invoice was deleted.
The Preview option allows the user to print the added or existing invoices.
